Urban Community self-management of Huaycán is located in the Ate district , east of the province Lima, the 16.5 kilometer Central Road. It is home to thousands of immigrant settlers from different parts of Peru those grouped into 23 organizations having reached Huaycán looking to improve their standard of living and job opportunities in the city of Lima .
