Ap Bio 5 Why Water Moved Into Respirometer

THE EVOLUTION OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND ARGENTINA, 1853

By 1750, Adam Smith noted that in Glasgow and Edinburgh there were situations of growing wealth and prosperity. This situation improved quality of life of all members of the city and contributed to the peaceful coexistence of its people. Increased trade, and human cooperation could impact almost "magical" (which he called "the invisible hand " ) which enhanced the growth and prosperity, contributing to development in the most diverse branches of human endeavor. On the other hand a few miles away in the Scottish Highlands as they lived in the Middle Ages, situations of great suffering, and standstill barbarism contrasted with a prosperous and peaceful world of Scottish cities.

Why do some Scots were prosperous, rich, peaceful and civilized and the other poor, stagnant, violent and barbaric?

Adam Smith recognized that the strengthening of property law and respect for contracts, (rule of law) would be the cause of the difference. They were laying the groundwork for what would be the Industrial Revolution and a new opportunity for progress of civilization.

The Constitution of the USA and Argentina in 1853 had a similar origin for their moral character issued by the experience of the consequences of Human Action inherited from the English tradition and guided by the moral foundations that brought Christianity and that developed at the School of Salamanca.

Submission to these standards has allowed the U.S. to be the engine of civilization and humanity out of extreme situations. Manages to end the killings and large-scale famine, the population began to increase worldwide because people stopped dying like flies.

" The unintended, reluctant, even painful subjection of human beings to such standards to those environments provided the necessary social cohesion through which its members agreed to a superior level of comfort and knowledge of different species, enabling them "Multiply and replenish the earth people" (Genesis I, 28). " Hayek 1990.

For Americans, the Constitution is a sacred character comparable to the 10 commandments and managed to get her away from human criticism like what Moses had been the first man's moral code.

In contrast the Constitutions which have emanated as a result of the desire for the good of the intelligentsia have been a more and more situations of stagnation, frustration and failure, leading to peoples situations of "strain of civilization" that resulted in self-destructive processes or Barbarism.

On one occasion the President of Gaulle warned his Minister André Malreux: "France only makes reforms through revolutions So since the French Revolution - in the name of freedom of deaths caused twice the entire history of the Inquisition - he had 13 schemes until 1959. Among them, three revolutions (1789, 1830 and 1848), two empires, Restoration, five republics, the Paris Commune of 1871 (political power created from the extinction of the state) and a stage similar to the civil war ( 1944/1945). He also participated in the twentieth century of two world wars and supported several genocides such as Algeria.

In 2005 French tried once again to join a new constitution rationalistic, European, with the same vices that led to his long litany of errors.

Argentine Lawmakers newly minted, in trying to free itself from unwelcome and painful submission human being with moral norms, they set out to design a nice rational moral - based on the principles of the French Revolution - this so, have produced a distortion of the Constitution of 1853, causing as a result an immoral Constitution (1949.1957 and 1994) that generates immoral laws and build a country immoral. Argentina is 70 years in the footsteps of France same results.

The 10 commandments as the Constitution right - the U.S. in 1853 or - no need to evolve, since they refer to human nature, which is one and immutable, and although the man is formed by the process education and civilization, human nature in man always survives.

man is hard to perceive the relationship between the violation of moral norms and their effects because they occur after a time that naive mind fails to perceive and relate.
